  • Sustainable and viable projects require governments to understand and consistently manage expectations upfront through KPIs and service level agreements that protect and serve consumers (typically airlines and their passengers) when considering a PPP/privatisation process.

  • EAC was lead consultant to review effectiveness of major airport concessions for a large Middle Eastern Civil Aviation/Airports client

    • reviewed aircraft turnarounds and gate utilization highlighting constraints and actions to improve ground handling and terminal throughput at peaks

    • reviewed airport master plan forecasts and growth assumptions , identifying incorrect findings and gaps in methodology approach

    • led senior management workshops for the Airports division, identifying airport hub bank structure opportunities for connectivity
